Head Blacksmith Newyear of the Town of Schuttgart makes armor that only members of the Clan Academy can wear.
Step 1Take the quest
Talk to Newyear Head Blacksmith and take the quest.
Step 2Slay the Bruin Lizardman
Newyear Head Blacksmith of the Town of Schuttgart tells you to bring him the materials necessary to make Clan Academy armor.
Go south of the Town of Schuttgart and get 10 bottles of 
Bruin Lizardman Blood.

Step 3Go to Newyear
You've collected all the lizardmen's blood needed. Return to Newyear Head Blacksmith.

Newyear Head Blacksmith asks which armor you want - choose one:
Heavy armor - 922 D-Grade crystals.
Light armor - 771 D-Grade crystals.
Robe - 771 D-Grade crystals.
Your Sponsor must acquire the crystals for the chosen armor and take them to Newyear.
Step 5Go to Newyear
Your Sponsor gave Newyear Head Blacksmith the crystals necessary for making the armor. Head Blacksmith Newyear has a message for you. Go to Newyear.
Step 6Repulse the Picot Araneid
Newyear Head Blacksmith finally tells you to defeat Picot Araneid Quest Monster and bring back his 8 legs. He can be found southwest of the Town of Schuttgart. You must defeat Picot Araneid while your Sponsor is watching.
