Talk to Tifaren Grand Magister and take the quest.

When you ask about necromancy, Tifaren Grand Magister rebuffs you. Continue to try and persuade her.

You need Einhasad's crucifix to perform necromancy. Where did he drop it? Ask Innocentin High Priest.

Innocentin High Priest gives you the crucifix and tells you to speak with Tifaren Grand Magister and perform the necromancy.

You need an Elven skull as a catalyst for necromancy. Hunt zombies or ghosts in the Forest of the Dead.

You've got the catalyst for necromancy. Return to Tifaren Grand Magister in the Rune Township library.

If the Ghost of Priest has already been summoned by someone else, Tifaren is busy: wait until the ghost disappears and talk to her again.

The necromancy worked. It lasts for only 2 minutes, so finish your business with the ghost before it disappears.

The ghost says Innocentin High Priest used to investigate Mystics. Return to High Priest Innocentin.

The Adventurer was called a devil worshiper and his ghost still shows up at the Well. Go there and get the results of his investigation.

He asks you to buy him some time at the Well. Face the soul of the well until the gem color changes!

Examine the well to summon the Soul of the Well Quest Monsterlv. 63. Attack it yourself (attacks by a summon do not count) and hold out for 20 seconds without killing it: if it dies, the gem does not change color.

The color of the gem has changed! Talk to the ghost after defeating or escaping the soul.
