Sir Windawood has ordered the newly-appointed Archon to form a militia to improve security on the island. He has placed a large order for leather armor from Trader Lector. Gather wolf pelts to help secure peace on Talking Island!
Quest NPCs will not talk to you if your inventory is 80% full or more, by weight or by number of slots. Free up some space before talking to them.
Step 1Take the quest
Talk to Lector Weapon Merchant and take the quest.
Step 2Wolf Pelts
Sir Windawood asks Lector Weapon Merchant to create leather equipment for the militia. Lector is a great tailor, but is short of materials. He asks you to collect forty 
Wolf Pelt and bring them to him right away.

Step 3Return to Trader Lector
You've collected 40 Wolf Pelt. Take them to Lector Weapon Merchant so he can make leather armor for the militia.
The reward is random: 
Cotton Shirt (6%), 
Leather Pants (31%), 
Leather Shirt (19%), 
Short Leather Gloves (25%) or 
Tunic (19%).
