Talk to Leikan Guard and take the quest.
You can also take the quest directly from Piotur, without the letter.
Leikan's LetterStep 2Piotur's Mercenary
Kill all the Turek Orcs and take proof to the farmer Piotur. He will give you a reward.
Leikan's LetterStep 3Turek Orc Hunting
Slay the Turek Orcs, collect the proofs and take them to Farmer Piotur. He will give you a reward.
Each kill also has a 7-18% chance to give a relic piece: 
Clay Urn Fragment, 
Brass Trinket Piece, 
Bronze Mirror Piece or 
Jade Necklace Bead.

Step 4Return to Piotur
Bring the Turek Dog Tag and Turek Medallion to Piotur to receive your reward. You can keep hunting and handing them in.
Step 5Relics of the Old Empire
Guard Leiken explains that Magic Asha Trader, Nestle Accessory Merchant and Iris Magister of Einhasad Temple are all quite knowledgeable about relics of the old empire.
Step 6Expert of Relics
According to Leiken, the only people in Gludin Village interested in imperial relics are Magic Asha Trader, Iris Magister of Einhasad Temple, and Nestle Accessory Merchant in the grocery store.
Asha Trader assembles 5 pieces of a kind into an ancient relic (sometimes it breaks). Iris Magister gives EXP for pieces (307-430 EXP each) or relics. Nestle Accessory Merchant trades relics for 
Soulshot: D-grade or 
Spiritshot: D-grade, potions and scrolls.
