Dark Elves think of Shilen as their mother, as she may well be, but children born of such lunacy are bound to cast a dark shadow...
Quest NPCs will not talk to you if your inventory is 80% full or more, by weight or by number of slots. Free up some space before talking to them.
Step 1Take the quest
Talk to Oltran Grand Master and take the quest.
Step 2For Divine Glory
To protect Shilen's reputation, Grand Master Oltran asks you to destroy the evil creatures that are evidence of her descent into madness. Collect 108
Snake Scale from the evil creatures that look like her and take them to Grand Master Oltran. You will find them in front of the Forbidden Gateway. Hunt Falibati and Trives.
Scales drop only for the character who lands the killing blow, even in a party.
