Step 1Take the quest
Talk to Cooper Pet Manager and take the quest.
Step 2Elder Cronos
Quest that must be completed in order to obtain a pet hatchling. Visit Cooper Pet Manager and tell him that you wish to raise a hatchling. He will tell you to seek help from Cronos Elder of Hunters Village.
Choose a regular or a deluxe Fairy Stone list (Deluxe Fairy Stone List). The deluxe stone gives a bonus at the end, but it may break (30%) if you fight in the Forest of Mirrors area while carrying it.

Hunt Toad Lord for Toad Lord Back Skin: 10 for a regular stone, 20 for a deluxe one. Also prepare 10 
Coal, 10

Stone of Purity (deluxe).

Step 4Make a Fairy Stone: Maria
Visit Maria.
For a deluxe stone Maria takes 10 Coal, 10 Charcoal, a Gemstone C, 5 Silver Nugget, a Stone of Purity and 20 skins.
Fairy StoneStep 5Make a Fairy Stone: Return to Cronos
Show the fairy stone to Cronos Elder.
Step 6Fairy's Existence
Take the completed Elven stone to Byron Guard and ask him about fairies.
Step 7In Search of a Fairy
Go to Fairy Valley and find a fairy who will talk with you.
If you bring a Deluxe Fairy Stone, Mimyu also gives you 
Fairy Dust.

Take the Juice of Monkshood that Mimyu Fairy gave you to the drake or wyrm that she introduced you to.
Give the juice to one of the dragons: Exarion Drake, Zwov Drake, Kalibran Drake, Suzet Wyrm or Shamhai Wyrm. It gives you its scale.

Recover 20 stolen eggs.
Each dragon's eggs were stolen by different monsters: Exarion - Leto Lizardman Warrior, Zwov - Marsh Spider, Kalibran - Road Scavenger, Suzet - Breka Orc Overlord, Shamhai - Dead Seeker. Collect 20 eggs.

Step 10Return the Eggs
Bring the 20 eggs to the dragon who gave you its scale. It keeps 19 eggs and the scale and leaves one egg with you.
Step 11Hatching Ritual
Take the eggs to Mimyu Fairy.
Mimyu hatches the egg: you receive a random Dragonflute. With Fairy Dust you also get 
Hatchling's Soft Leather (5%) or 20 
Food For Hatchling.
