Pursuit of Clan Ambition! - quest walkthrough

Talk to Sir Gustav Athebaldt and take the quest.

Quest that must be fulfilled in order to raise a clan to level 5. Upon meeting Sir Gustav Athebaldt in the Town of Oren, he expresses his desire to aid the young and courageous leaders of the kingdom. He promises to give you the 'Seal of Aspiration,' which is needed when expanding the clan's powers and influences should you agree to join forces with him. Sir Athebaldt asks you to help him prepare for the attack against the dragon Antharas; and tells you to go meet Martien in the Town of Giran.

Martien is running a business that involves collecting eggs of Drakelv. 57 and Wyrms. He asks that you go to Dragon Valley and collect ten eggs each of Thunder Wyrmlv. 54, Drakelv. 57, Blitz Wyrm Quest Monsterlv. 60 and Mist Drake. Blitz Wyrms and Mist Drakes are very rare and cannot be found by ordinary methods. Get some clues if you meet with the Dwarven Bounty Hunters who have been dispatched earlier.

Monster to be Hunted - Drake, Thunder Wyrmlv. 54, Blitz Wyrm

Hunt Drakelv. 57 to collect Mist Drake Egg ×10 and Drake Egg ×10.

Hunt Blitz Wyrm Quest Monsterlv. 60 to collect Blitz Wyrm Egg ×10.

Blitz Wyrms do not live in the wild: they appear when you search the Corpse Of Fritz and Corpse Of Lutz, which also give eggs. The Corpse Of Kurtz gives Mist Drake eggs and the Brooch of the Magpie.

Bring 10 of each egg to Martien.

You have collected all the Drakelv. 57 and wyrm eggs and delivered them to Martien. Now, return to Sir Gustav Athebaldt.

Sir Gustav Athebaldt instructs you to go meet Dwarven Artisan Balthazar, who he is supporting, and help him in his research. Go to Hunters Village and meet Balthazar.

Balthazar gives the recipe if you bring the Black Anvil Coin, which Kusto Head Blacksmith exchanges for the Brooch of the Magpie.

Dwarf Artisan Balthazar is developing a new type of golem. He asks you to bring him 10 Titan's Powerstone and 10 Nebulite Crystals. They can be obtained from Lesser Giant Soldierlv. 62 and scouts in The Giant's Cave.

The giants also drop Broken Titan's Powerstone (50% chance). A dwarf can craft it into a Titan's Powerstone with Balthazar's recipe (25% success).

Bring 10 Nebulite Crystals and 10 Titan's Powerstone to Balthazar.

You have gotten all the ingredients required for Balthazar's research into golem development. Now go back to Sir Gustav Athebaldt.

Sir Gustav Athebaldt says that he wants to hold the Scepter of Judgment in his hand and says to go get that. First go to Aden and meet Sir Eric Rodemai, who is a follower of Sir Athebaldt.

In order for Sir Eric Rodemai to give you a hint on where you can find the Scepter of Judgment, he says that you must meet Cleo Witch. Follow his instructions and find Witch Cleo who is to the east of Aden.

You asked Cleo Witch about the Scepter of Judgment and all you got in return was a cryptic answer. Go back to Sir Eric Rodemai and ask him about the meaning of the riddle.

Sir Eric Rodemai solved the riddle of Cleo Witch for you. Use the clues he gives you to get the Scepter of Judgment. Hunt the grave keymaster, imperial slave and the imperial gravekeeper.

Grave Keymaster Quest Monsterlv. 65 appear after you kill 5-10 Grave Guardlv. 54.

Kill the Imperial Gravekeeper Quest Monsterlv. 60: the Imperial Coffer appears for 3 minutes. Open it with the 6 Imperial Key to get the Scepter of Judgment.

Show the scepter to Sir Eric Rodemai.

You've got the Scepter of Judgment! Now take this to Sir Gustav Athebaldt.

If you refuse to give the scepter to Sir Gustav, you can bring it to Witch Cleo instead; the reward is the same.
